I want to see more Africans gainfully employed.
That ambition sits underneath much of what I build. I care about what happens when a young person gets a valuable skill, finds a real opportunity and can turn access to the internet into a livelihood.
It is why I built DEXA, why I keep building products around careers, work, education and technology, and why I teach. I have spent years helping people acquire practical digital skills and building products designed to shorten the distance between learning → building → earning.
The larger dream is an Africa where more people are gainfully employed, more talent can compete globally, and more of the products, companies and systems shaping African life are built by Africans.

I use AI as a building layer, not a novelty. The workflow can move from problem definition to prototype, code, infrastructure, deployment and iteration without pretending that technology removes the need for judgement.
